From Nike HQ to Building My Own Thing

I’m Jill Higginbottom—former Nike Senior Program Manager, business operations consultant, and believer that life should be both strategic and beautiful. 

My Background 

I spent 10+ years at Nike leading operational initiatives across global logistics and supply chain. I: 

– Led Nike’s first global Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation 

– Built and governed a $1B project portfolio 

– Established standards, processes, and reporting that improved execution across global teams 

– Served as Chief of Staff to VP of Global Logistics

In 2024, Nike eliminated my role in a workforce reduction. Instead of chasing another corporate job, I decided to build the life I actually wanted.

I help online entrepreneurs (coaches, consultants, course creators, service providers) organize their backend chaos. Using Notion, I build custom systems for client management, content planning, finance tracking, and operations—bringing Fortune 500 structure to solopreneur businesses.

Luxury Travel Content

I share how to travel beautifully without spending a fortune. From family-friendly luxury hotels to travel hacking strategies, I prove that “luxury” doesn’t mean “expensive.” 

Mom of One, CrossFit Enthusiast, Relentless Optimizer

I’m raising a 4-year-old, staying active with CrossFit (I’m a CF-L1 trainer), and building a business that funds the lifestyle I want to live.
